Home Workout 9.25.24
As I’ve had a number of players families conerned about the fields being too close to the chemical spill, I put together this at home workout plan for players for tonight for them to do in order to get home session in.
Stretching is important as you start to tackle this at home workout.
You can repeat the videos multiple times if you want to do something else but today’s focus for the at home workout since most of you workout at home alone, is CORE STRENGTH, INCREASING YOUR FOOTSPEED (on and off the ball)
