Work Calendar (Pomodoro Technique)

  • 8:00 AM - 8:25 AM: Pomodoro 1

  • 8:25 AM - 8:30 AM: 5-minute break

  • 8:30 AM - 8:55 AM: Pomodoro 2

  • 8:55 AM - 9:00 AM: 5-minute break

  • 9:00 AM - 9:25 AM: Pomodoro 3

  • 9:25 AM - 9:30 AM: 5-minute break

  • 9:30 AM - 9:55 AM: Pomodoro 4

  • 9:55 AM - 10:10 AM: 15-minute long break

  • 10:10 AM - 10:35 AM: Pomodoro 5

  • 10:35 AM - 10:40 AM: 5-minute break

  • 10:40 AM - 11:05 AM: Pomodoro 6

  • 11:05 AM - 11:10 AM: 5-minute break

  • 11:10 AM - 11:35 AM: Pomodoro 7

  • 11:35 AM - 11:40 AM: 5-minute break

  • 11:40 AM - 12:05 PM: Pomodoro 8

  • 12:05 PM - 12:20 PM: 15-minute long break

  • 12:20 PM - 1:00 PM: Pomodoro 9 & 10 (last Pomodoro session before lunch)

Lunch Break

  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Afternoon Session

  • 2:00 PM - 2:25 PM: Pomodoro 11

  • 2:25 PM - 2:30 PM: 5-minute break

  • 2:30 PM - 2:55 PM: Pomodoro 12

  • 2:55 PM - 3:00 PM: 5-minute break

  • 3:00 PM - 3:25 PM: Pomodoro 13

  • 3:25 PM - 3:30 PM: 5-minute break

  • 3:30 PM - 3:55 PM: Pomodoro 14

  • 3:55 PM - 4:10 PM: 15-minute long break

  • 4:10 PM - 4:35 PM: Pomodoro 15

  • 4:35 PM - 4:40 PM: 5-minute break

  • 4:40 PM - 5:00 PM: Pomodoro 16 (slightly shortened to fit the end of your workday)

Remember, during each Pomodoro, you should work with full focus on your tasks. During breaks, try to step away from your work, relax, and recharge. This schedule gives you a structured and productive workday with regular breaks to maintain focus and prevent burnout.
